What is Pyridoxine HCL (Vitamin B6)?
Pyridoxine HCL, more commonly known as vitamin B6, is an essential vitamin. Because your body is incapable of naturally producing this vitamin, it must be obtained through dietary means or supplementation. It is predominately used in the metabolic process, playing a role in the metabolizing of amino acids, fats, and sugars as well as synthesizing neurotransmitters, histamine, and hemoglobin.
