Throw Down Thursday

Pull ups

Perform 6-5-5-4-3, 30-60 rest between

Shoulders, 10-15 reps (DB)

Military Press
Lateral Raises
Upright rows
Front raises

Run 2 miles, stop every half mile and do 50 high knees and 10 push ups
