Even though you may only be vaguely familiar with the word Choline, it is incredibly important to our bodies all throughout our lives.

Choline and Choline products are increasingly being shown through scientific research and study to play significant roles in vital organs like the brain, liver and perhaps many others.

Although the human body can make some Choline, this production is limited, making dietary sources (such as nuts or eggs) and supplementation even more important.

Many people in the western world suffer from a lack of this vital chemical, which is essential for memory, cognition and even helping various neurons to communicate with each other.

It is also believed that Choline serves an important role in helping to protect organs from damage. This is especially true within the liver. Some studies even suggest that the presence of Choline may help our livers from accumulating excess fat. It is also considered an important (and powerful) antioxidant, helping to free not only the liver from toxins, but the entire body.

There is even some evidence to suggest that Choline and associated Choline products may be helpful in reversing some types of damage, as well as playing a role in helping to prevent or even lessen cognitive damage and decline (even degeneration due to old age).
