Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Looking for a way to help build lean muscle after a tough workout? This smoothie is simple, fast, and nutritious. Plus, it tastes great!

You will need the following:

  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Milk (2%)
  • 3-4 Ice cubes

Now all you need to do is throw it all into a blender and wait until it’s all smooth. If your blueberries are frozen it may take longer to thoroughly blend.¬†
