Blueberry Protein Smoothie
You will need the following:
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Milk (2%)
- 3-4 Ice cubes
Now all you need to do is throw it all into a blender and wait until it’s all smooth. If your blueberries are frozen it may take longer to thoroughly blend.
