1 Minute Superman Stretch

30 secs Child's Pose

1 Minute Standing Hamstring Stretch (30 secs per leg)

1 Minute Ankle Circles (30 secs per leg)

30 secs standing Toe Touches

30 secs Cobra/Downward Dog

20 Dynamic Hamstring Stretch (10 per leg)

1 min Side Wrist Pull (30 secs per side)

30 secs Downward Dog

20 Front Leg Raises (10 per leg)

(Repeat all 3 times)
